Post-construction cleaning — your questions answered

Our old floor is full of gaps holding dust. Can you get it out?

Largely yes, with narrow nozzles and fine-dust filters. On an original plank floor something always remains in the seams; we'd rather say that upfront than have you discover it later.

Do you handle new commercial units?

Yes. On the zones around Kennedypark and Hoog Kortrijk we handle handover cleaning of offices and units before occupancy, including glass and sanitary fittings.

When should we schedule you?

After the last trade. If drilling or painting follows, we clean twice and charge twice.

Can you get paint off glass without scratching?

Usually yes, with blades at the right angle on flat glass. On coated or toughened glass we always test a corner first.

Do you work with local contractors?

Yes, several Kortrijk contractors have us handle their handovers as standard, with fixed terms per project.

Do you take the construction waste?

Small leftover waste, yes. Rubble and large volumes belong in your contractor's skip.
